At  Pink Gorilla Events, runner communication is of the essence. We communicate everything from the do’s and don’ts to where to be and when. Plus, we keep our gorilla troop in the loop of when to register, and when pricing is going up. With eight running events, it can be a lot to communicate, so clarity is key! And (if I’m being honest) runner communication can sometimes be a yawn. So it’s important to keep emails fun and engaging with content and graphical elements so our runners feel a part of our running community.
